For Immediate Release:
No Limit Fantasy Sports (NLFS) announces Ad supported private label DFS in the face of Vantiv’s
decision to stop taking payments from the DFS industry.
“This is a death blow to the cash gaming model” says Rafael Groswirt CEO. “We are stunned at the
speed this happened and all we can say is we did prepare for this eventuality with an ad supported
platform.” Rafael believes the market can stay in a different form and also thinks FanDuel and Draft
Kings will survive and thrive through transformation to non cash models.
The company recently presented their product at the Dallas Fantasy Sports Trade Show, and the day
the show launched, is when Texas announces they were banning Cash DFS, which put a huge cloud
on the show and even Mark Cuban’s Keynote revolved around embracing or at least attacking
controversy once you know the situation. It seemed news could not get worse, till this announcement
came.

daily fantasy clients, which include FanDuel and DraftKings, that it would “suspend all processing for
payment transactions” related to daily fantasy sports in the United States and its territories on Feb.
29."
Our industry must move forward says Jacque Fux, Marketing Director at NLFS “Hundreds of millions
have been put into this industry and it’s not going to disappear overnight, but it will have to transform
itself,” Fux said. “We have developed an ad centric platform that will accommodate the millions of
players left in the cold for the 2016 season. We are here now and ready to pick up DFS right were it
left off.”
