Eating and Weight:
A method to losing weight or maintaining the most healthy weight in the future could be such that of
using biofeedback with one’s diet. The main implementation I would introduce to use with weight
control, or weight loss, or weight maintenance, is that of utilizing body scans, barium enema, or MRIs to
assist in shaping or viewing the results of how the diet actually influences or affects the body physically.
Applying the use of these methods to people to view their internal organs according to their diet would
assist them to realize and recognize how their diet actually does affect their body, the size of their body,
and their internal functions of their physiology. While implementing that people “need to see to
believe” and harnessing this idea with the ideology that dieting is intertwined with medicine and health.
It seems very feasible that if people could try different diets for certain periods of time (and
exercise routines) and connect these practices with the physical function, appearance and size of their
physical / physiological apparatuses, people could be assisted to recognize and find the best dieting and
exercise systems to best shape their bodies. Also they would be introduced to a new medical method of
how to find their most optimal and most healthy niche in physical functioning.
It is possible that people do not notice how plastic or malleable the body is regarding satiation,
and the size of their physiological apparatuses. If people were introduced to the visual and medical
aspects to dieting, that when they “overload” their digestive system, it actually expands and vice a
versa, and being able to consistently monitor these visual records, people would most likely adopt these
methods as obvious forms of assistive and supportive weight control and weight maintenance. The

method could be called: Physio-visual orthostatic dieting (PVOD-Dieting) or medical assistive weight
control (the MAWC - diet).
