 Be familiar with the NPI, FAI and special processes of titanium castings. Formulates and authors
presentations and presents project status to peers, senior management and/ or project sponsor to keep
them informed of progress and changes to project.
 Experience performing Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis and implementation of
acceptable preventive action. Manufacturing Operations Support, Project Management, Lean
Manufacturing.
 Be familiar with 2D software such as CAXA and 3D software such as Solidworks, Catia and UG. Be
able to clearly communicate to all audiences to ensure their understanding of the technical
requirements listed in a document or engineering drawing.
 Production System Design, Work Methods Analysis/Time Standards, Planning Based Scheduling. Be
able to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel to gather information and data.
 Independently manages, defines, and controls the scope, timing of projects, and performs risk
analysis using project management tools (e.g., work break-down structure (WBS), precedence
network, and resource allocation). Ensures project is completed on time and within budget.
 Independently identifies key customers, project objectives and requirements. Ensures assigned
individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and
reporting to all senior management. Be able to perform assigned work statement with minimal
direction and supervision.

skills
Major: a solid understanding of metal material, especially titanium alloys. Be familiar with NPI for titanium
investment castings and the requirements for aeronautics and astronautics. Master all inspection requirements for cut-
up castings, for example, mechanical properties, chemical composition, general structure inspection, alpha case
inspection, IGA( Intergranular attack), micro-hardness inspection and so on.
English: Experience performing 3 GE projects for more than 3 years. Be skilled in excellent written and oral
communication and problem solving skills. CET-4(521), CET-6(444).
Computer: Strong computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software MS Word, MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint, MS Project, 2D and 3D drawing software.
