In my third decade of club re-imagining, membership development, and daily hands-on
management (MBWA) of Golf & Country Clubs, Dining Clubs, Tennis, Wellness and
Marina Communities, often including Resort lodging. Have managed Member-Owned,
Corporate and Developer-Owned businesses, providing me a broad education in
strategies and well-tuned understanding of hospitality and community economics.

residential communities, each with significant amenities, and all required my extensive
interaction with COA, POA and HOAs.

Transition COO when Club Members purchased this unique Community, managing under the
ClubCorp banner. As GM and President, I was responsible for redefining strategy and club
operations, for this now member-owned community. My purview included an airstrip, deep-water
marina, waste-treatment, golf, tennis, condo and home rentals, hotel management and sitting on
the Master POA. I lead the businesses through an evolutionary period for the Club, its
Membership and the entire Community. In 1994, the newly-appointed Board of Directors
decided to terminate the club management agreement with ClubCorp and my loyalties had to
remain with ClubCorp
