*Responsible for the efficient delivery of HR Processes and programs which may include but not limitedd to compensation and benefits, performance management, HR tools and systems, recruitment, on boarding, talent management and retention, learning, employee relations and communication, termination, policy administration, .
*Will act as an HR Business Partner and will liaise with Department Heads, Team Leads and employees to ensure all HR processes, policies and guidelines are met according to local regulations and Henkel's regional and global standards.
*Single point of contact for all communications related to HR processes, policies and programs.
