Summary
In the last 20 years I have been working in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Costs, Corporate
Income Tax, Brazilian VAT Taxes and Payroll, at manufacturing, commerce, services and oil and
gas business activities.
- FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & REPORTING: Monthly, quarterly and yearly process, in BR
GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, FASB 8/52. Cost Accounting and Inventories.
- FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS: Annual Budget and Forecast, Profitability Analysis. KPI.

- TAXATION: Prepare, review and file reports in compliance with Corporate Income Tax, VAT
Taxes regulations and Taxes Inspections Department.
- PAYROLL: Overseeing payroll, social charges, taxes and deductions, payments and records in
the accounting books.
- FINANCIAL SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION: ERPs for Local and Managerial purpose, software
selection, act as a coordinator in the implementation and serve as liaison between IT and
Finance / Accounting. MS OFFICE (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- PROCESS DOCUMENTATION & INTERNAL CONTROLS: Ensuring accurate compilation,
analysis, maintaining control systems, and procedures in compliance with corporate and legal
requirements.
- INTERIM FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Provide interim management for Companies impacted
by growth, reorganization, merger, acquisition, relocation, identify weakness, opportunities and
implement productivity.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PROJECT ACCOUNTING: Project scope analysis, documents,
objectives, requirements, financial resources, costs, expenses and taxes; review timetables,
budgets and its forecast. Issue communication and efforts coordination and implement a
contingency plan to avoid mistakes on time and on budget.

and MBA in Controlling and Finance – UFF.
