After graduating from JSCC I joined the US Navy where I became interested in computers. Following six years in the Navy I went to work for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft. I worked on the AV8B Harrier, F18AB Hornet, and the F18EF Super Hornet. McDonnell-Douglas became part of The Boeing Company in 1996. I was responsible for the Flight Test Data System on the first F18-EF Super Hornet for 4 years. In September of 2006 I received a liver transplant at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.
