1. GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Definitions:
Exhibition:Exhibitionscheduledforspecifieddate(s)inthe participationcontract.
Organizer:Authority/companythatorganizesandmanages the exhibition.
Exhibitor:Authority/companywillingtoparticipate andagreestothe below conditionsincludingits
employees,agentsworkingfororaffiliatedto the participatingauthority/company
1) Methodof participationandexhibiteditems
a) Subscriptionapplicationshallbe addressedtothe KuwaitInternational Fairmanagementorthe
authorityentrustedbyitafterthe completionof the subscriptioncontract.
b) Exhibitormustspecifyexhibitionitemsuponapplicationsubmission. Products/servicesthatwill
be includedinexhibitor’spavilionareamustbe mentioned.
c) Exhibitormustcomplywiththe exhibitionspecializationandtypesof exhibited
products/servicesspecifiedbythe organizer.Exhibitormustremove products/servicesnotlistedinthe
exhibitionspecializationororganizer’sbrochure.
Exhibitor,whoplanstosell his/herproducts/servicesatthe exhibition,mustobtainpriorwritten
approval fromthe organizer.
The organizerisnot responsible if the exhibitorfails toobtainpriorapproval.Exhibitor,whobookeda
pavilionareaatthe exhibition,mustcomplywiththe designatedpavilionareainthe exhibitionand
participationcontract.Nofinancial paymentswillbe refunded.
The exhibitormustonlyexhibithis/herproduct/service.If the exhibitordoesnotoccupythe assigned
pavilionareaandproceedwithpreparationinthe specifiedperiod,the organizerwill have the rightto
dispose of the pavilionareaassignedtothe exhibitor.
The right of the exhibitorinthe amountpaidwill be confiscatedandhe/she shallnotbe entitledtoany
claim.
2) Financial conditions
Exhibitormustpaythe feesforthe bookedpavilionareauponsigningthe applicationasfollows:
* 20% of total cost of participationisthe firstpaymentthathasto be made at the time of signing
the contract

2. * 80% of total cost of participationisthe secondpaymentthathasto be settled30 daysprior to
the inaugurationof the exhibition
a) The exhibitormustfulfil participationconditionsuponsecondpaymentonspecifieddue date.In
case of failure of payment,organizerhasthe rightto dispose of exhibitor’sbookedpavilionarea.The
amountpaidby the exhibitorshall be confiscatedandthe organizerwill have the righttodispose of the
exhibitor’sbookedpavilionarea.The amountpaidbythe exhibitorshall be confiscatedandthe
organizerwill have the righttoclaimthe remainingamountof the participationfee.
b) If the exhibitordecidestowithdraw fromthe exhibition,he/sheshall submita written
applicationtothe organizer60 days before the openingof the exhibition.50% of the original amountof
the firstpaymentshall be deducted.Incase of withdrawal withoutnotifyingthe organizerinthe
specifiedtime frame,the exhibitor’sright inclaiminganyamountshall be confiscated.He/sheshall be
obligedtopayfull participationfee.
3) Decoration
a) In case of exhibitionheldinpavilionareaswithoutdecorations,the exhibitorwill have the right
to install structuresnecessaryfor his/herproducts/servicesthatwill be includedinthe exhibitionafter
obtainingawrittenapproval forhis/herdecorationsfromthe organizer.
Heightof such structures (decorations)mustnotexceed1.5meters.Organizerhasthe rightto remove
the structuresif theydo not complywiththe specifiedheightlimitation.The exhibitorshall bearthe
costs of removingthese items.
b) Exhibitor’sstructuresanddecorationsinexhibitor’spavilionareamustbe completedduringthe
time frame specifiedforthat purpose.
c) Partitionsandexhibitedproducts/servicesmustbe placedineffectively,efficientlyandproperly
duringthe hourswhenthe exhibitionisopenforvisitors.Noproducts/servicesshall enterorexitthe
hall(s) areaduringexhibitionhours.
d) Exhibitormustequiphis/herpavilionareawithfire extinguisherstopreventanoutbreakof fire
available inthe hall.
e) All contentinside exhibitor’spavilionareaandon the exhibitionfloorthatmaydamage the
exhibitionoralteritsstate will not be installedunlessthe exhibitorobtainsawrittenpermitfromthe
organizerpriorto the exhibitioninauguration.
f) Organizerhasthe right to remove orrefuse anydecorationsthatseeminappropriate tothe
aestheticimage of the exhibition.

3. In thiscase,the exhibitorisresponsible of changinghis/herdecorationsinamannerthatagreeswith
the general image of the exhibition.
g) For electrical connections,pleaseobtainnecessaryapproval fromthe organizers.Anyadditional
electrical installationswithoutpriorapproval fromthe organizerswill be disconnected.If necessary,the
organizerwill confiscateexhibitor’spavilionareawithoutnotifyingthe exhibitor.
4) General Conditions
a) Organizerwill bearthe responsibilityof nightsecurityof the KuwaitInternational Fair’smain
gatesonly.
Organizerisnotresponsible forthe exhibitedproducts/servicesinexhibitor’spavilionarea.
b) Organizerhasthe right to postpone the date of the exhibitionand/orcancel it.Inthiscase,
organizerwill informthe exhibitorinwritingbeforethe scheduleddate of exhibition.
d) In case of force majeure suchas disasters,warsorincidentsbeyondcontrol of the organizer,the
contract will be considerednull andvoidwithoutanyobligationtowardthe exhibitor.The amountpaid
by the exhibitorforparticipatinginthe exhibitionwill be refundedtothe exhibitor.
e) Exhibitormustvacate his/herassignedpavilionareaandrestore the place toitsprevious
conditionwithinthreedaysafterthe exhibitionends.
f) Exhibitorwill bearfullphysicalandlegal responsibilityresultingfromanydamage causedby
his/herstaff orthose underhis/hercontrol if damage hasbeencausedtothe organizeror a thirdparty.
g) All products/servicesshouldremaininsideexhibitor’spavilionarea.Exhibitorshouldtake every
precautionnotto use aislesorany otherareaoutside his/herpavilionarea.Inthiscase,the exhibitor
wouldfirstbe warnedbythe organizer.If the exhibitorfailstoretainhis/herproducts/servicesinside
his/herpavilionarea,the organizerwill close exhibitor’spavilionareawithoutanyliabilitytothe
exhibitor.
