challenging times from Merrill Lynch into Wells Fargo platform. Supported and coordinated operations and
administrative department in account opening process, documents filing, securities transfer and pricing,

Merrill Lynch: VP / International Wealth Manager, (Miami, FL / Caracas, VE) 1994 – 2008
Responsible for 25% of international UHNW clients’ portfolio exceeding USD$500 million in AUM, part of
International Private Client Group (IPCG). Co-managed investment portfolio generating annual revenues in
excess of USD$4 million. Designed and implemented a strategy of transitioning from transactional oriented into
relationship based model. Converted a 80% (USD$80 million) portfolio into fee-based business within 3 years.
Reduced operating expenses by 50% in 1998 by assisting upper management with office restructuring.
Produced reviews, evaluated and rebalance over 300 portfolios on a quarterly basis according to their
investment policy. Acquired ample knowledge in HHRR, legal and accounting duties, while collaborating with
