address subject, message and specify if you want to include
the form in the email.

your website or via private message;
Shorter URL option – generates a shorter link
necessary for limited spaces like sharing on twitter;
3. Embed HTML – contains an embedded code that you can
attach on your html file.
This allows you to share the link to Google, Facebook and Twitter.
It allows other to edit your form, necessary whenever working in
groups.
