- Why to use software ?
- Maxsurf includes tools for hull modeling, stability, motions and resistance prediction, structural modeling, structural analysis, and export to vessel detailing. Maxsurf software applications operate from a single parametric 3D model that facilitates smooth communication and coordination between different team members and design activities.
- OPTIMOOR is an easy-to-use mooring analysis computer program for use by vessel and terminal personnel as well as by port designers and naval architects. It is based on the OCIMF recommendations and procedures and includes OCIMF wind and current coefficients for tanker moorings.
- SACS is an integrated finite element structural analysis suite of applications that uniquely provides for the design, fabrication, installation, operations, and maintenance of offshore structures, including oil platforms and wind farms. Three optionsof the SACS software suites are available: Offshore Structure Enterprise for comprehensive capabilities required for typical offshore jackets, wharfs, and dolphin structures; Offshore Structure Advanced for static topside and deck analysis; and Offshore Structure for static structural analysis.
- Bentley AutoPIPE V8 i is the most productive design and analysis program for calculating piping code stresses, loads, and deflctions under static and dynamic load conditions, even to the highest nuclear standards. Costly plant shutdowns caused by pipes moving as they heat up can be avoided with 3D ‘hot’ clash detection. This functionality can also be used to avoid piping failures during extreme loading conditions (like earthquakes). AutoPIPE also includes special features for advanced buried pipeline analysis, wave loading, flid transients, FRP/GRP or plastic pipe, as well as time-saving integrations with STAAD.Pro and all major plant design systems.
