"City Light": Small Business Energy Audit and
Energy Efficiency Implementation Program
 Purpose: Provide energy audit and energy
efficiency implementation services for small
business within its jurisdiction.
 Goal: Assist small business owners by increasing
the energy efficiency of their businesses and
reducing their utility bills. 3
