7. Blended OT Rates in GP
• Feature of Dynamics GP core Payroll
• Determine average rate for the pay period
• Includes regular wages, bonus, shift differentials, add-ons
• Divide by number of hours worked within the pay period
• Result above is multiplied times a factor (usually 1.5)
• Calculates automatically during payroll processing
• Some variations to configuration based on payroll data
• Example – only determining premium on OT hours
