2. LongTerm Lease Solution
We offer built to suit office space for a period of nine year lease and three year of lock-in. The lease allows the tenant to use the premises for
at least the period of nine year with an escalation effected every three years. In this arrangement lessee (tenant) has a right to vacat the
premises after a minimum period of 3 years. However the lessor (in this case) cannot ask to vacate the premises for a period of 9 years
subject to terms and condition.
