Madlena Komitova, Head of department PensionistInnenklubs (150 Pensioners Clubs), Kuratorium Wiener Pensionisten-Wohnhäuser (KWP). Around 400 employees work in the department at 150 locations. The area of responsibility is very complex and rich in topics. For their daily work, the employees need a lot of skills and opportunities to use their talents.
