Some Dos and Don’ts approaching a VC

• Make some groundwork to understand who the
investor is and which kind of deals it does (sector?
stage? amount? )

• Present a Clear Project, not Ideas

• Don’t precook a deal nor define your – often
hyperbolic – valuation. Let VCs express their view first.

• Think about the Entrepreneur-VC relationship as a
long term one. Both parties need to trust each others on
fundamental issues.
