CNX Water Assets – Water Systems and Operations
Administrative Assistant / Analyst
 Provided administrative support for Vice President and team of engineers located in three states on water
projects within the CNX Gas and PA Coal department.
 Worked under minimal supervision, prioritized work assignments independently, organized and follow-up
to accomplish tasks in a timely manner for internal and external customers.
 Peer reviewed reports/documents; organized and scheduled meetings including travel itineraries, answered
telephone and routed if needed.
 Handled check requests, receiving invoices in SAP through Hubwoo, MIGO, Service Entry and Purchase
Orders. Kept track of all invoicing, check requests and deliveries (This effort resulted in a one time savings
of 350K on an order that contained billing errors).
 Entered data of water levels for mine pool tracking in Access Database and printed out graphs.
 Responsible for keeping track and maintenance on the water department pool cars.
 Ordered supplies for the water department and kitchen supplies for numerous departments that used kitchen
in the area. Kept track of costs to keep at a minimal.

Administrative Assistant / Analyst
 Processed the Educational Matching – kept records of donors, check requests and letters that went out to the
colleges/universities.
 Worked closely with HealthSCOPE Benefits regarding our retirees.
 Pre-Retirement Seminar (attended two day event/held twice in one week) – I was responsible for
maintaining and making reader friendly edits to the Welfare Benefits presentation, kept track of attendees,
ordered supplies needed for the meeting, printed all documents and completed binders, worked with hotel on
conference rooms and food, set up/cleaned up at the hotel and greeted all employees that attended.
 Benefits Open Enrollment for active employees– I attended meetings for the process/changes for the
following year benefits, peer reviewed all enrollment packets and made changes, when needed. I was part of
the team when performing testing with the online system before Open Enrollment went live.
 Assisted with Aetna 2014 Implementation - I was responsible for the invoice process and backup detail for
billing and peer reviewing all communications, including enrollment packets.
 2014 Retirement Benefit Change – I was responsible for research and determined if employees were
impacted or protected for both active and retired employees; updated all the electronic files for both the
retired impacted and protected population; assisted in MMA and HealthPlanOne groups to make certain
they effectively communicated with the pre and post salaried retirees.
 Processed all the benefit claims and administrative fees invoices in a timely manner. Worked with all
vendors maintaining the billing process and made corrections, if needed.
