(Ideas to improve the standard of Primary education)
Problems in Primary school education
 Primary schooling period is
the most playful age in a
child’s life, but the
education system and the
parents forcing them to
study hard and overloading
the students capability.
 Most of the students feels
like they have no freedom
in schools, they start to
think education as a
burden.
Fun School Learning
 At this age all the children like to have fun, they are
too playful. So education should not be forced over
them it should be funny.
 Fun school learning is the mighty process which can
improve the attitude, approach and the ability of
students with their own interest.
 It helps avoiding them getting bored and make them
eager to learn new things.
Importance of co curricular and extra curricular
activities
 The co curricular activities are those things, which makes
the students to come out of their shell. It makes them feel
free and develops their ability to contribute, Initiate and
lead in difficult times.
 These kind of activities are related to their studies and it
enables them a deeper learning in the subject, as they gain
a good knowledge out of this. Extra curricular activities
are not really connected to the study, but it develops the
much needed life skills and people skills of a person.
 Extra curricular activities such as sports, dance, singing,
acting.., will give a huge confidence in the life of the
students
Practical Approach and visual learning
 It is nature that the practical learning will be more
effective than the regular schooling methods, the
practical training gives the real time experience
which gives students a more depth knowledge on
their studies.
 Visual learning or learning through seeing is more
effective one as it draws the attention of students and
gives them more realistic training.
 We don’t have to change the whole education system
to improve the primary education. Actually our
primary education system is far better then many
other foreign countries, still we need to do some
modifications in the style of learning that can boost
up the effectiveness of primary school education.
 Here we come up with a few plans of our own which
can change the minds of students and make them a
better learner .
Actions to be taken
Actions to be taken(cond..)
 Class time has to be reduced to 6 hours a day
(9.30am – 4.00 am with 1 hour break )
 There should be a plenty of time for the co curricular
activities such as group discussion, Brain storming,
speaking competitions and kind of activities.
 Students must be allowed to express their skills and
ideas, continuous competitions has to be conducted
to courage them to participate.
Actions to be taken(cond..)
 Students must be taught not only science, math but
also Economics, Politics, Literature, Law, Moral and
other kind of life related subjects so that they can
serve the society and make their life a easier one.
 The students must be encouraged to do social service
and have to make them part in clubs, societies and
organization.
Actions to be taken(cond..)
 Teaching of science should not be through just by
books only, they has to real-time experience on what
they learn.
 Video clippings and pictorial presentations, colorful
books can attract the students towards studies.
 Students should also be taught to face any problems
and to control themselves during critical situations.
A sample time schedule for a week ( after 4.00pm
daily physical education has to be provided)

 Daily, students must be made to use their right brain
which gives them the power of creativity and
problem solving.
 Also they must be taught deep breathing to avoid
stress feel energetic during class hours.
 The class room must be arranged in a grouped
manner instead of the linear arrangement.

  • 2. Problems in Primary school education  Primary schooling period is the most playful age in a child’s life, but the education system and the parents forcing them to study hard and overloading the students capability.  Most of the students feels like they have no freedom in schools, they start to think education as a burden.
  • 3. Fun School Learning  At this age all the children like to have fun, they are too playful. So education should not be forced over them it should be funny.  Fun school learning is the mighty process which can improve the attitude, approach and the ability of students with their own interest.  It helps avoiding them getting bored and make them eager to learn new things.
  • 4. Importance of co curricular and extra curricular activities  The co curricular activities are those things, which makes the students to come out of their shell. It makes them feel free and develops their ability to contribute, Initiate and lead in difficult times.  These kind of activities are related to their studies and it enables them a deeper learning in the subject, as they gain a good knowledge out of this. Extra curricular activities are not really connected to the study, but it develops the much needed life skills and people skills of a person.  Extra curricular activities such as sports, dance, singing, acting.., will give a huge confidence in the life of the students
  • 5. Practical Approach and visual learning  It is nature that the practical learning will be more effective than the regular schooling methods, the practical training gives the real time experience which gives students a more depth knowledge on their studies.  Visual learning or learning through seeing is more effective one as it draws the attention of students and gives them more realistic training.
  • 6.  We don’t have to change the whole education system to improve the primary education. Actually our primary education system is far better then many other foreign countries, still we need to do some modifications in the style of learning that can boost up the effectiveness of primary school education.  Here we come up with a few plans of our own which can change the minds of students and make them a better learner .   • 7. Actions to be taken(cond..)  Class time has to be reduced to 6 hours a day (9.30am – 4.00 am with 1 hour break )  There should be a plenty of time for the co curricular activities such as group discussion, Brain storming, speaking competitions and kind of activities.  Students must be allowed to express their skills and ideas, continuous competitions has to be conducted to courage them to participate.
  • 8. Actions to be taken(cond..)  Students must be taught not only science, math but also Economics, Politics, Literature, Law, Moral and other kind of life related subjects so that they can serve the society and make their life a easier one.  The students must be encouraged to do social service and have to make them part in clubs, societies and organization.
  • 9. Actions to be taken(cond..)  Teaching of science should not be through just by books only, they has to real-time experience on what they learn.  Video clippings and pictorial presentations, colorful books can attract the students towards studies.  Students should also be taught to face any problems and to control themselves during critical situations.
  • 10.   • 11. Actions to be taken(cond..)  Daily, students must be made to use their right brain which gives them the power of creativity and problem solving.  Also they must be taught deep breathing to avoid stress feel energetic during class hours.  The class room must be arranged in a grouped manner instead of the linear arrangement.
