Definition :
Justice is a concept of moral
rightness based on ethics,
rationality, law, natural law,
religion, equity or fairness,
as well as the
administration of the law,
taking into account the
inalienable and inborn
rights of all human beings
Variations of justice
 Distributive justice is
directed at the proper
allocation of things—
wealth, power, reward,

concerned with punishment for

 what punishment should they receive?
 Utilitarian theories look forward to the
future consequences of punishment,
and attempt to balance them with
•Today’s meaning of “Justice””
 As every one are busy with their own
business..no one cares about the society and

most extensive total system of equal basic
liberties compatible with a similar system of
liberty for all.
