Increasing youth the face of power and interest can change the
world
What is youth?
A stage of life when he is capable of working with full power
and interest to make his name fame and serve to mankind.
Employability –
This is when a person is capable of fill full his/her basic need
and the person attached to him
Now let’s come to our topic that how can employability of youth
can be increased –
 Need to change the thinking of parents
 Financial aid should be provided on basis of talent not on
basis of reservation.
 Interview session should be there before every financial aid
to youth.
 Experience is a good factor but if the person does not get
the initial training after his / her study how can he compete
the level of experienced person
 There should be focus on the person for becoming fresher
to experienced person and degree or academic’s is not the
whole sort of package to glorify the skills of the youth
 Training regarding different field of field of study should
be there.

2.  There should be equal focus theory and practical of
academics of career of youth
 The laws should be passed for every organization should
give 1 year training after academics in every field no
market and it should not be related to market such as
recession or production.
 Free guidance should be provided for youth for job as today
this is a paid fashion.
 Lower and middle staff should be youth.
 Youth is cheaper than old but more efficient in working by
physic and mind
 THERE IS NO NEED TO INCREASE THE SALARY OF
OLD PERSON , YOUTH SHOULD BE MORE
 OLD PERSON CAN MAKE GOOD DESION BUT THEY
NEED ONLY TO ADMISTRATE
 SALARY SHOULD BE HALFED IN EVERY
ORGANASATION AND THE REMAING SALARY OF
PERSONS SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED BETWEEN
FRESHER REGARDING JOBS.
 WORKING TIMINGS SHOULD BE HALFED
 HALF TIMING FOR OLD EXPERIENCED PERSON
HALF TIME FOR YOUTH AND RESULT WILL BE
THERE.
 HEALTHY COMPETATION IS MUST
 Youth should follow that practice makes a man perfect

3.  Free camps for physical exercises should be there for youth
such as swimming gym etc. because in healthy body there
lies a healthy mind
 Youth should not be focused on religion they should
remember that they are Indians
 Youth should be motived for services to mankind mother
land in a positive ways
 Youth is power if power is used in positive directions it
works a lot if its way is negative it destroys
 Equal ness between youth is must
 Pressure should be social pressure and other pressure
should be reduced.
 Youth employment has grown in prominence on national
and global development agendas.
 The youth employment challenge has its own dimensions
and confronts countries worldwide regardless of their stage
of socio-economic development.
 The underlying problems are the large number of young
people entering the labour markets every year, the lack of
employment opportunities in particular in poor economies
and post-conflict countries, and the low quality of
education and training without a proper link to the labor
markets
 If youth is in crises of unemployment this is because the
earlier generation has not worked properly and they
have not fill filed their duties regarding INDIA .

4.  Underutilized young people incur significant economic
costs2as the national workforce is not being used to its full
potential.
 Moreover, young people are, in general, more dynamic,
often have a higher educational level than their parents.
 It is also mainly young people who opt for migration if
they cannot find adequate employment in their own
country.
 Youth is ready to work can you even provide training that
he can work means self -employed job etc.
 Often, lack of employment opportunities may result in
social conflicts, such as violence and juvenile delinquency,
which, in turn, incur high social costs.
 A stable macroeconomic environment which boosts
investment – both private and public – and thus growth, is
fundamental to the creation of new formal jobs for all
groups of workers, but is of particular benefit to young
people, who suffer most from economic downturns because
of their short job tenure and lack of experience (“last in,
first out”).
 Sectoral policies, in particular, can promote job creation in
the medium to long term.
 The ratio should be decided for every person for after 18
means organization should hire in ratio for youth
unemployed, employed and old experienced.

5.  Youth in general shows a strong interest in the conservation
of our planet.
 Environmental management also has an interesting
employment potential. A successful example is a youth

 The energy, skills and aspirations of young people are
invaluable assets that no country can afford to squander.
 Helping young people to realize their full potential by
gaining access to productive employment and decent work
is, therefore, a pre-condition for poverty eradication,
sustainable development and lasting peace.
 Youth employment programs can provide useful support to
young people who are facing specific barriers in the labour
market. Their underutilization has economic and
psychological costs and may cause social conflict.
 Effective Practice #1: Have a Clear Mission and Goals
 This first practice directly relates to the previously stated
challenge: in order for a program to be effective, it must
have a clearly defined purpose or mission.
 This includes a clear definition of which youth the
program serves, the outcomes it wants young people to
achieve and the strategist will use to attain these outcomes
 While many different approaches work for young people,
the key to effectiveness is ensuring there is coherence in the
programs’ purpose and activities.

6.  : Focus on Employability Skills -A youth employment
program should have a clear focus on helping young people
develop employability skills. While this may seem obvious,
a clear definition and framework of “employability skills”
is relatively elusive.
 The critical question is: What specifically should programs
be teaching young people to ensure they are prepared for
the workforce?
 Effective Practice - Provide Comprehensive Services
Effective programs are increasingly taking a more holistic
approach to workforce development, concentrating on the
multiple skills and competencies needed to succeed in the
workforce
 Youth employment services may include: vocational
training, academic instruction, counseling, career
exploration and guidance, mentoring, health and dental
care, childcare, community service experience, job
readiness workshops, work experience and internships
The most effective programs offer some combination of the
above activities, depending on the needs of their target
population.

time a young person resides in the center varies, but on
