This document describes 14 machines used in the paper cone manufacturing process. It provides the purpose, production rate, power requirements, and labor needs for each machine. 2. PATTERN CUTTING MACHINE
Purpose : Paper reel feeding, oneside
edge grinding and cutting
pattern to any suitable size
for Textile Cone 5.57, 4.20,
3.30 & 9.15.
Production : 35 patterns / minute.

Labour required : 1 person
SEMI AUTOMATIC PAPER CONE
WINDING MACHINE (GADI TYPE)
Purpose : Manual feeding and ejection
by pneumatic system,
suitable for all types of cone
manufacturing.
Production : 23 cones / minute.
Power required : 1.5 HP
Labour required : 3 persons
PAPER SLITTING
MACHINE
Purpose : To slit paper reel of
any width from
1” onwards.
Power required : 3 HP
Labour required : 1 person
GLUING TANK
Purpose : Glue applying on
the paper.

Purpose : Making Spiral type
paper tube.

3. PAPER CONE PRINTING MACHINE
Purpose : Cone top side & bottom side
printing. Manual cone
feeding and ejection by a

PAPER CONE NOSING MACHINE
Purpose : Cone top side nosing and
bottom cutting. Suitable
for 9.15, 4.20, mini 3.30
and 5.57 cone.

AUTO PAPER TUBE ROUGH
CUTTER MACHINE
Purpose : Tube rough cutting
any length
