5. Polycarbonate Profiled / Corrugated Sheets
Polycarbonate Profiled Sheets are used principally in industrial applications which include Industrial Skylights, Strip lighting
and North light glazing. However, these corrugated roofing sheets may also be used in commercial buildings, infra-structural
complexes and residential applications. It is preferable to use transparent Polycarbonate Profiled Sheet. It’s the simplest method
of getting natural light through a roof, controlled light transmission is achieved by embossed translucent sheets. It is required to
save energy wherever possible. Artificial light is not used in day time resulting in huge saving in energy bills.

FRP Base Plates. Polycarbonate is an excellent replacement for FRP, these base plates are virtually unbreakable, fire retardant, UV

FRP Baseplate start yellowing rapidly on exposure to sunlight and the light transmission level drops considerably
On weathering, FRP Baseplates develop pitting in which dust accumulation takes place. This dust / grime is nearly impossible
to clean without damaging the sheet.

7. Gyro’ Wind Driven Turbo Ventilators
We take great pride in introducing ‘GYRO’ Turbo Ventilators. Designed as per latest international technology, ‘GYRO’ Trubo
Ventilators play a pivotal role in providing proper ventilation and air circulation in factory shed, ware-house, public infrastructure
buildings, stations, schools etc. ‘GYRO’ performs where doors and windows prove inadequate in dispersing hot air, fumes and stale
odours that build up inside these structures.
‘GYRO’ Turbo Ventilators, draws air upwards. This creates a convection current which ensures that hot air, smoke, fumes and dust
particles are removed from the internal environment of the building. The convection current also creates suction for fresh air
through the windows and doors of the building, thereby improving the air quality within the building. The convention current is
thus completed and results in a vastly improved internal environment.
‘GYRO’ Turbo Ventilators have a pay - back period of 2 years in term of power cost saving, when compared to electrically powered

9. Polycarbonate Standing Seam System
This system includes all the modular systems provided with a specific connector, depending on the type of application. All
systems are supplied complete with a range of accessories to ensure correct installation. They are particularly suitable for large
areas, translucent façades and glazing applications. It consists of four wall polycarbonate panels with UV Protection on two sides
and thickness of 8-10 and 12mm. We give ten years limited warranty.

12. Dry Glazing Systems -
Wet Glazing Systems -
This selection illustrates some glazing proposals using commercially
available profiles which have proven to be successful in combination
with Thermoclear Sheets. Situations may occur where sheet expansion
exceeds sealant limitations and, often for aesthetic reasons, this type
of ‘Dry’ Glazing System provides an ideal solution.
This type of installation system is mainly used in small domestic
type applications, car ports, warehouses, conservatories and other
glass replacement situations.
The advantage of dry systems is that the rubber gaskets snap-fit into
the glazing strips which then allows free movement of the sheet
during expansion and contraction.
WARNING!
Do not use PVC gaskets.
Due to the migration of additives from soft PVC, the Thermoclear
Sheet can be chemically affected resulting in surface cracks or even
sheet breakage.
With standard metal profiles or wooden sections, in combination
with glazing tapes and glazing compounds, many different
configurations are possible.
When using glazing compounds it is essential that the sealant
system accepts a certain amount of movement, to allow for thermal
expansion, without loss of adhesion to the frame or sheet. Silicone
sealants are generally recommended for use with Thermoclear Sheet,
but it is strongly advised when using sealing compounds to check
compatibility before use.
Care should be taken not to use amine nor benzamide curing
silicone sealants, which are not compatible with Flexituff Sheet
and result in crazing, particularly when stress is involved, for
suitable sealant.
A wide range of easy to use glazing bars and fixing accessories,
designed specifically for glazing Thermoclear Sheet, is available
from most of the approved Thermoclear Sheet distributors and
specialized installers.
