I have passion in Chinese Cuisine. I know and have grown used to at my professional career in kitchen at Swiss-BelHotel Lagoi Bay Bintan as a Commis (Pre-Opening Team) and Carnival Cruise Lines as an Assistant Cook, including training as a Cook at Melia Benoa Bali All Inclusive Resort and Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta.
That experiences taught me so much about the cooking and hospitality industry and every role in it. I developed my skills in cooking, butchering, ordering market list, cleaning and customer service and, most importantly, team work. I would like to expand my knowledge, learn new responsibilities and be able to further my career within the field.
