• Hands-on and strategic freelance practitioner with
more than eight years of professional experience,
offering Talent Acquisition services, mainly focused in
Sourcing, Advising, Training and Delivering, managing
teams and projects across the globe for corporates as
QuantumBlack (McKinsey), Oracle, ThoughtWorks, BIC
or Inditex, in addition to start-ups, HR Tech vendors,
recruitment agencies and RPO providers.
• In 2019, I obtained the title of SourceCon
Grandmaster (2nd European, 1st non-native English
speaker winning it). I also have won the first Sourcing
Summit Europe Hackathon in 2017.
