factors. Using training and technical skills required to perform well for SEM account management, has to be
combined with the willpower and the ability to learn new programs and techniques to clearly see if there is
any way to optimize cost per clicks and gain more conversions while reducing budgeting spending to analyze
data on a regular basis for keyword bidding and monitoring ad performance. I optimize current client
accounts to help maximize their budgeting spending to generate the maximum amount of website traffic and
customer conversions (increase customer purchases), by helping with regular day to day and monthly tasks
that helps ensure continual care for clients. One of my tasks for helping ensure the smooth running of our
current client’s SEM account is optimizing, changing KPIs within Acquisio, updating ads for new incentives
by checking the promotional calendar, uploading various display ads from the banner sizes, and more. I also
help with new clients during the Onboarding process to help set up clients from the very beginning for
success, by helping create their account structure, which entails researching SEM Keywords, picking SEM
keywords, and writing SEM ads. I also help search engine marketing needs by creating Google AdWords
conversion code and creating remarketing code using the Google interface, while also importing campaigns in
Acquisio/synchronize, integrating Google AdWords in Google Analytics, importing campaigns into Google

In the four weeks I worked with C&B Marketing Solutions, I became an integral member of the
team and accomplished a great deal. For example, in four weeks alone, I increased the Facebook
likes from 262 to 402 (140 more likes within a short time span). I had not only increased the number
of Facebook likes within a short time span, but I had also increased the level of Facebook
engagement on the C&B Marketing Solutions page as seen through the Amarillo Chamber Of
Commerce and The Locals Go Here sharing one of the events (visiting C&B Marketing Solutions
for coffee and donuts).
While working with the C&B Marketing Solutions team, I significantly increased the Facebook “total
page likes”, “weekly total reach”, and the number of “people engage[d]”.
I helped increase activity on another social media platform, Twitter.
Since I joined the team at C&B Marketing Solutions, Nancy Shreiner, Amy Jumba, Amarillo Town
Club, 96.9 KISS FM, and The Chambers Electric have started following C&B Marketing Solutions
on Twitter.
Since joining the team, I had been effective in increasing the number of people viewing the content
and generating interest in the company, and had increased the engagement or the activity between
C&B Marketing Solutions and the community members of Amarillo, Texas – as shown by the
Amarillo YMCA sharing that they used C&B Marketing Solutions for a poster on Twitter, and as
shown by Nancy Shreiner ReTweeting the C&B updates.
I have also helped increase the volume of people viewing C&B Marketing Solutions by generating
more traffic by increasing the network of people who C&B Marketing Solutions is connected to for
a greater online presence for more of a digital footprint, and reintroducing current
clients/customers, family, and friends as to who C&B Marketing Solutions is today and who C&B
Marketing Solutions has grown into with the new expanded services.
With my efforts to expand the current LinkedIn network of connections, has allowed C&B
Marketing Solutions to connect with Joe Valdez from Valmed Home Health & Pharmacy Solutions,

potential clients for an increase in work orders.
I had used my SEM knowledge to help utilize a promotional offer from Bing Ads worth $50 to help
conduct research on which keywords to use for the ad, and have continually monitored the ad for
optimization.
Because of my past working experience as an SEM Specialist for Interactive 360 and having passion
for both C&B Marketing Solutions and the realm of Marketing, that has allowed me to keep up to
date with the latest trends to help C&B Marketing Solutions grow by taking advantage of limited
time frame promotional offers. I looked into increasing the web presence for the creation of a
greater digital footprint, by looking into a promotional offer if you spend $25 with Google Adwords
you can receive $75 worth of paid advertising credit (PPC) for creating a highly effective ad that can
be created and targeted to locals with Geo Targeting.
I had also explored into expanding the LinkedIn presence even more, by looking into a promotional
offer to create an ad for free of cost, valued at the worth of $50.
With my knowledge of Google Adwords, I hope to soon take the Google Adwords certification
exams (both Part I and Part II) in order to help bring in more certifications to the table to have even
more bragging rights.
