The App is directly connected with a GPS that will give the
position for immediate cleaning and finding

The App will store the record in a centralized database, for
manipulation and extraction to support strategic and political
decisions

a) Writing the app: Software engineer at 2000 USD once.
b) Uploading:
to Apple: 100 USD;
to Android: 30 USD;
downloadable on any iPhone / Android phone.
c) Local Authority hosting server: 2000 USD max
d) Personell in charge: 4 hrs per day.
e) Prices for the advertising and marketing will be included in political
campaign.
