10.  Quality Assurance is a very important function in medical
diagnostic laboratory. The accuracy of results is very critical.
 Internal accuracy is measured by using standard controls and
calibrators.
 External accuracy is measured by participating in external
proficiency testing programme(EQAS).

20.  Proper Registration of the patient is done through LIS
 Unique ID & Password is generated. We have upgraded IT Facilities &
have connected the main lab and all satellite centers. All the patients are
given a password to assess their reports online. Referring Doctors &
panels can also avail this facility.
 All samples are bar-coded and all equipments are Bi-Directionally
interfaced to avoid transcriptional error. All main centers & satellite
centers are connected through LIS.
 Data safety is our priority. Data is secured against any unauthorized
processing, damage or loss by dedicated security passwords. Our team

 We have our Back Up on Cloud.
 Disaster Recovery plan is in place and is the responsibility of our IT

Safdarjang Hospital, MNAMS, MS in Bio-Medical Sciences from BITS, Pilani.DGO from
Safdarjang Hospital, PGDFHM from NIHFW, Technical Assessor, NABL. A rare
combination of Post graduation in Gynecology and Pathology, a rare pathologist expert in
FNAC and Bone-marrow aspiration and reporting, Special interest in Infertility. Worked
