requiring covered employers to a nnua lly s ubmit W - 2
compens ation data by pay bands for each EEO - 1 job
ca tego ry ba s ed o n s ex o r ra ce/ethnicity. Da ta
co llectio n to begin a pprox ima tely in September
2017, a nd will be us ed to identify o rga niza tio ns tha t
may be enga ging in co mpens a tio n dis crimina tio n.
