5. • Students at final year of BA or MA studies OR
• Fresh graduates who gained BA or MA degree during this or previous
calendar year (if between primary and master’s studies there was no
interruption for more than one year).
• Currently studying/recently gained degree from: Economics,
Organizational Sciences, IT, Occupational Safety, Mechanical or Electronic
Engineering.
• Fluent in English language.
• Interested to gain experience in Manufacturing, EHS, IT, Commercial

6. • Manufacturing
In Manufacturing department, you will have the opportunity to learn about
different methodologies and continuous improvement in production
environment.
• EHS
As an EHS intern you will have the chance to support sustainability process and
projects implementation and to work with Sustainability specialists to
understand data gathering, reporting process and to suggest improvements.
• IT
As IT Intern you will work under the guidance and supervision of IT Project
Manager and collaborate with analysts to implement Integration Service for 5
countries within the Southeast Europecluster.
Purpose of Integration Service is to connect Logistic Service Providers and
other services like 3rd party eComms with core CRM Solution. Benefit of
integration is full automation in Order processing (from placement to delivery).
You will have end to end responsibility in leading the project and ensuring that
all steps in the project life cycle (initiating, planning, executing, and closing) are
completed in the defined timeline.

7. • Commercial Operations
As a Commercial Operations intern you will have the chance to work either in
the Cycle Deployment or the Customer Care team.
In the Cycle Deployment team, you will actively support the team in visual
materials deployment, sales cycle implementation tracking and taking care of
overall brand visibility platform.
In the Customer Service Center team, you will work closely with the team
leading call center operations and take active participation in call center
quality assurance processes across all support channels (calls, emails, Viber,
Facebook etc.)
• Finance
As a Finance intern you will have the chance to work either in the Finance
Planning Center of Expertise (CoE) or the Finance Controlling team.
In the Finance Planning you will be part of CoE supporting Eastern Europe and
Middle East & Africa cluster in financial modelling, planning and forecasting.
In the Finance Controlling team, you will join a highly professional finance
team and support activities such as: financial planning and analysis, cost
controlling, accounting review and implementation of new process.

recruitment process. During the OGA, we will get to learn more about each
other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and
team activities, network with other applicants and meet current Philip
Morris International employees. If you meet the criteria, we may invite you
to be an INKOMPASS intern!
Note: Assessment will be done on-site, but we will closely monitor
epidemiological situation linked to the Covid-19 pandemic.

13. Got questions about INKOMPASS? We're here to answer them all
I reside outside of the country where I would like to do my internship,
can I still apply to the program?
We welcome applications from inside and outside of the country. However, all
candidates must be able to attend the On-ground Assessment Day as the final
round of the selection process. Moreover, candidates must cover any travel and
logistics costs which may occur during the recruitment and the internship
program by themselves. If you are a non-resident of Serbia, it is mandatory for
you to have all the required documents as per Serbian Law, in order to be able to
complete internship in Serbia.

more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in
business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, visit our
factory and meet current Philip Morris International employees. If you meet
the criteria, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!
Note: Assessment will be done either virtually or on-site, this depends on the
epidemiological situation linked to the Covid-19 pandemic.
If I cannot attend the on-ground assessment, are there any other
dates available?
Participating in the On-Ground Assessment Day (OGA) is a mandatory step in
the recruitment process. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide additional
dates to the ones already set. However, we will inform you well in advance if
you are eligible for the final round, hoping that this will allow you to properly
plan your schedule and join us.

16. Will I receive feedback if I don’t get selected? When?
Yes. You will be informed of your application progress during each step of the
process by your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria to
progress on to the next application step, you will receive an email
confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 3
weeks after applications closing date, please contact us at
inkompass.rs@pmi.com.
When will the internship start and how long will it last? Is there any
flexibility with these dates?
Internship will start from mid April 2022, and it will last 12 months.

17. What are the normal work hours?
8:30am – 4:30pm(NIS); 9:00am – 5:00pm (Belgrade)
Is the INKOMPASS internship paid? What contractual conditions will
I be under as an intern?
Yes, the INKOMPASS internships offer a competitive salary. You will be
contracted under a service agreement.
Will I be assigned a group project or an individual project?
Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may
require individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure that all
projects will be meaningful, challenging, and give you the opportunity to
showcase and further develop your skills, whether it is in an individual or
group setting.

18. What type of guidance and support can I expect to receive
throughout my program, to help develop me professionally?
Every INKOMPASS intern will receive day-to-day guidance and support from
their COACH, who has the same function as a supervisor. He / she will
introduce you to your project, clarify expectations, guide you on a day-to-day
basis, and provide you with feedback.
In addition, you will also receive support from:
- Your PROJECT SPONSOR, who will ensure you have everything you need in
terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals.
- Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network with
different people and departments in the company.

19. Will I receive feedback regarding my performance? When?
Your COACH and PROJECT SPONSOR will provide you with feedback
throughout your INKOMPASS experience.
We also highly value your insights, feedback, and ideas, so please share them
with us as well!
Can I use my internship project experience as a university
assignment and / or as credits for graduation?
This is completely dependent on each faculty specifics, so our company
cannot guarantee that this can be accepted as per their requirements. We
are advising you to check this information with your faculty.
