- This slide will provide a simple illustration of the inner workings of the RightProspectus repository. The current repository consists of Prospectuses, Supplements and SAIs for over 18,000 different fund offerings. Permanent Links are maintained directly to Fund Company websites. Scans on these links are run throughout the day monitoring changes to these links. At the same time, there is a temporary or backup link maintained to the same document in the EDGAR database. If the primary link is broken or the fund site is down, the document remains viewable via EDGAR. As the fund companies file updates with the SEC, RightProspectus receives an auto-generated notice of each filing which triggers a series of automated and semi-automated validation steps. These SEC updates occur throughout the day and the action behind the scenes is continuous. As these documents are verified, the SEC link is enacted until the time that the Fund Company website is updated to reflect the document with the most recent change. The only limitation on the number of documents is that we currently maintain all documents and fund families that current clients access. We can add the rest of the families or other SEC documents as new clients’ requirements dictate.
