Cows are under-fed” Prices/wages in India Price of milk: US$ 0.15 Rural wage rate: US$ 1.50 Ratio wage/milk price: 10 liters milk/day of wage Result: grass disappears Prices/wages in SL Price of milk: US$ 0.12 Rural wage rate: US$ 2.50 Ratio wage/milk price: Almost 21 liters milk/day of wage Result: grass grows mostly untouched ,[object Object]
