INTRODUCTION
The fish value chain - full range of activities required to
bring a product (fish) to final consumers passing through
different phases of production, processing and delivery.
Value Chain Analysis:
A tool used to identify key constraints and
opportunities within a fish production system.
Mapping acts as a focus for communicating knowledge
& risks, thus leading to more transparent decision-
making on management.
Directs and identifies people and organizations who
need to be involved in order for an intervention to be
successful.
