‘To thine own brand identity be true’ said Hamlet (almost)
2. Know your audience
3. Build it in, don’t bolt it on.
(that goes for measurement too)
4. Feed the conversation, don’t ‘own’ it.

with the aforementioned little things
(some of which grow into big things)
