1. Congratulations for purchasing your IELTS Tasks and Correction.
Please read the following carefully before you start.
Firstly, all your tasks can be found on page 2.
We recommend that you treat this as serious as possible so as to gain
maximum benefit.
Find a library, switch off your phone, and make a note of your start and
finished time.
Unfortunately we will not mark handwritten scanned in copies, however there
is nothing stopping you typing your hand written essay afterwards and then
sending it for marking.
Once you have corrected it, please send it by email with a copy of your
purchase order/receipt to the following:
correctioncentre@ieltswritingtask.net
We will then correct it within 3 days of receiving it.
You have a month to do 4 essays (2 papers), do the essays that correspond to
the exam you will take, General or Academic.
Page 2 and 4 has the Academic Questions.
Page 3 has 5 the General Questions.

Write a report for a University Lecturer about the following pie chart.
TASK 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Write about the following topic
Are computers a distraction or an aide for education?
Give reasons for your answer, and include any relevant examples from your
own knowledge or experience.
Write at least 250 words

3. General Questions
WRITING
TASK 1
Write a letter to a business you worked for during one summer, think of the good and bad points of
the business, suggest changes.
TASK 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Write about the following topic
In the 21st Century is there any need for cash, to what extent does
technology help or hinder consumers?
Give reasons for your answer, and include any relevant examples from your
own knowledge or experience.

4. Academic Questions

TASK 1
You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
The graph below shows electricity usage between four different sector over fifty years.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where
relevant.
TASK 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
