We do much more than simply write cheques and network.
1. We collaborate to support great start-ups.
2. We actively train to become great investors.
3. We bring together the start-up community.
4. We cultivate international relationships.
6. The ICE Angels network is designed to enable passionate investors to
collaboratively identify, review, invest in, and support high potential
start-ups.
The network comes together one evening per month for presentations
by up to 5 start-ups that have been selected by the member-led Deal
Flow Committee.
Investors with common interest in start-ups collaborate on due diligence,
negotiations, and investment (typically $20k/ investor, $450k/company.)
Individuals ultimately make their own investment decisions.
We collaborate to support great start-ups
7. The ICE Angels network hosts dozens of workshops, round tables, and
seminars each year.
Workshops focus on due diligence, board stewardship, start-up
valuation, exit strategies and much more. Round table gatherings
regularly occur to perform post-investment & exit debriefs and share
other relevant insights.
We actively train to be leading investors
8. The ICE Angels has meaningful links with investors in the US, Europe, and
Asia. We actively syndicate with networks in the Valley, NY, Singapore,

16. The Portfolio
77 Companies | 126 Rounds | $48 Million
Since 2004 the ICE Angels have invested in 77 different companies across a range of
sectors, including software, biotech, gaming, medical devices, consumer products and
B2B products and services.
Our portfolio is continually broadening and developing as the ICE Angels invest in, learn
from and support start-ups with guidance and governance. We have had 4 positive exits
from the portfolio, along with 2 neutral exits, while 9 of our start-ups have failed.
