Ibrar Ul Haq is belong to FATA (Federally administrative triable area) Bajaur Agency. He starts his primary education in his village, in Alhuda public high school and got a lot of prizes from the school and took part in activities and debates. Then he moves to prestigious institution in the area Bajaur public school and college, here he pass his metric with good marks and got A1 grade , he also remain the best student in the institution and then he got scholarship in the Brains Postgraduate College in phase 3 Hayat Abad Peshawar and he passes the Fsc examination and also got 1st position in the whole college.
