Consortium for Northern American Higher Education Collaboration (CONAHEC)
and the Inter-American Organization for Higher Education (OUI-IOHE) with the

• CAIE-Canada 2010: To evaluate the relevance of such a forum for the Americas
• CAIE-Brazil 2012: To consolidate experience and to increase mobilization
