1. Choice - targeting the top 10% of a niche (i.e. rich in the niche).
2. Curiosity - crafting your compelling Facebook Messenger Ad (i.e. Unique
Results Proposition).
3. Connection - engaging with prospects and understanding exactly where
they are while determining if you both would be a right fit.
4. Conversation - further prequalification and pre sell (i.e. breakthrough
call).
5. Commitment - creating a win-win situation for all parties involved.

1. Who (niche?) do I care most about helping in order to solve a painful
problem which will empower me to provide the fastest and best results

Booking the Appointment
Once the prospect has answered your pre-qualifying
questions (set up via ManyChat), perform the following:
1. Thank the prospect for answering the questions.
2. Relay their answers back in a summarized sentence or two to show that you have listened
empathetically (positions you both on the same page).
3. Invite them to talk further on the phone by nominating two time slots.
4. Ask “Which email is best for me to send through a Google Calendar/iCal invite”? (now
you’ve earnt their permission..).
5. Show up energetic and enthusiastic to the appointment by asking the following questions:
1. Mr. Decision Maker, if we were to have this
conversation in 12 months time, what would have had to
happen in order for you to be happy with our results?
(...focus and pre-framing the relationship).
2. What do you believe needs to be strengthened in order
to support achieving this? (...root problem analysis).

3. What options have you looked at to achieve this?
(...meet them where they are).
4. Is there anything that you or your employees are doing
that may be getting in the way of achieving this result?
(...core constraints/determining the bottleneck).
