He also has a particular interest in social media and crisis communications, working with eModeration to train communications professionals on a secure social media simulation platform Richard is a past Chairman, and Chairman of Fellows of the UK’s Public Relations Consultants Association and past President of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation.
