Recruitment, Resourcing, Induction and Development:
Fixing department strength & identification of vacancy of various departments for
optimum utilization of workforce.
Coordinating with various department Heads for their talent requirements.
Good experience in performing the entire gamut of recruitment –Tracking vacancies,
sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring the candidates for various required
positions.
Sourcing profile from various mediums like job portals, social Media like
Linkedin, twitter etc, internal references, own database, Head Hunting,
Placement Consultant etc. Using effective resourcing strategies
Timely completion of recruitment targets as per given plan. Middle Management and
upper middle Level recruitments.
Conducting walk in interviews and arrange for the various types of skill test- e.g.-

Performance Appraisal Management:

Grievances and Counseling:

in the Grievance Mechanism.
