Recruitment, Resourcing, Induction and Development:
 Fixing department strength & identification of vacancy of various departments for
optimum utilization of workforce.
 Coordinating with various department Heads for their talent requirements.
 Good experience in performing the entire gamut of recruitment –Tracking vacancies,
sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring the candidates for various required
positions.
 Sourcing profile from various mediums like job portals, social Media like
Linkedin, twitter etc, internal references, own database, Head Hunting,
Placement Consultant etc. Using effective resourcing strategies
 Timely completion of recruitment targets as per given plan. Middle Management and
upper middle Level recruitments.
 Conducting walk in interviews and arrange for the various types of skill test- e.g.-
“Typing Test”, “Excel Test”(as per requirement).
 Strictly follow the “Recruitment policy”, Various Forms and Formalities of the
organization.
 Actively involved in HR interviews, Taking initial round of Interview and rearranging the
Interviews with the respective departmental head.
 Human Resource Planning (Shortage & Surplus) i.e. Recruitment & Selection
procedure, short listing of candidates through Interviews & salary negotiations
 Proficient in planning the “Induction Program” and “Training Program” for new
employees.
Personnel & Employment:
 Making Joining Formalities, Releasing Offer / Appointment Letters with salary
breakup. Salary & Wage Administration with Review of salary & wage structure of
employees.
 Preparing and Maintaining of employee Personal Files, (Hard Copy and Soft
Copy), & HRIS.
 Employee records like generating daily attendance, Absenteeism, leave, and various
reports to the area of work.
 HR Documentation & MIS Reports, generating confidential reports & letters as & when
required. Designing forms & preparation of HR-MIS report.
 Handling reimbursements.
 Employee Exit Formalities, like NOC, preparation of full & final settlement,
employee exit interview, Legal Notice in connection to Full and Final.
Security & Time Office Management:
 Review the overall functioning of the security department and render advice as
necessary. Periodically review the incidence of the thefts/Accidents/ in the organization
and other activities that might be detrimental to the reputation.
 Analysis of security Day/Night/Shift reports, Duty roasters, First Aid, and Gate pass,
Visitors Pass, Dispatch.
 To monitor the e – attendance & time office activities for the effective & efficient
preparation of employee payrolls attendance & Time office.
Emloyee Relation / Engagement:
 Organizing picnic, social events, B’day Celebrations, Employee of the Month,
Movie shows & get together of Management & employees & cross departments, Holi
program in the Office, Navratra Pooja in the Office etc.
 Organizing Cricket Match, Picnic for staff & their families, Annual day, Woman’s
Day, Funeral help.
 Counseling of employees in case of absenteeism, late coming, alcoholism, grooming,
etc.
 Implementation of suggestive scheme for company & employees.
Performance Appraisal Management:
 Probation Appraisal Report, to send performance appraisal report to the respective
HOD’s & obtains recommendation for confirmation or extension of their probation
period.
 Coordinating in Annual Appraisals.
Company CSR Activities, Employee Welfare,& Engagement Activities:
 Coordinating with General Manager and Corporate Team in connection to CSR
activities of the company.
 Coordinating for Medical Camps and Blood Donation Camps.
Grievances and Counseling:
 Attending & handling day to day employee grievances.
 Timely remedial measures on various grievances of employees and updating the same
in the Grievance Mechanism.
 Counseling of employees for Absenteeism, Misdemeanors and Personal problems.
Administration & General Competencies:
 Ticketing, reservations and other related formalities.
 Facilities & Administrative Management like Time Office Management, Cafeteria
