When I came to know about the Met Hub officer regarding the discussion about my future prospects
with my skills and knowledge, I was completely overwhelmed by the experience of the officer. He
provided me with a variety of inputs that would be definitely very helpful in my career. Considering
the fact that I am very well versed in communication skills that include interpersonal skills as well, the
officer encouraged with to work with either the HR department or hospitality management. When I
researched the jobs that can be best suited to my skills and abilities, I came to know that I can apply for
the HR manager or executive post or any other job related to hospitality management. The discussion
proved very fruitful and after putting in enough time that it required I finally found a number of
opportunities available to me, out of which I decided to apply for the job of a junior manager in the
reputed hotel in London named Britannia International Hotel Canary Wharf, the hotel is renowned in
London which promises the complete customer satisfaction and ensures the best comfort for each and
every guest. Since I was already working in the hospitality management field i.e. customer service
department, I was more than confident that said job is best suited for me considering my skills and
experience.

It is imperative to note here that if I get this
job as a junior manager in the said firm,
that would be a big boost for my future, I
strongly believe I possess all the essential
skills required to perform exceptionally
well in this field, additionally, my past
experience of customer dealing made me
believe that I am tailored fit for working in

I am looking for a handsome salary of
40k/month and two or three promotions in

As a part of my job I have come across many problems like stock handling, understating the issues with other workers, and under which I have learned the art of problem-solving and this skill of mine would help in the concerned organization. At times I have come up with some angry customers at my food joint, with my communication and patience I was successful in handling them. Working under Pressure and to Deadlines: Taking care of pressure that accompanies cut off times and guaranteeing that you meet them. At times I have been provided some tasks with a very slim deadline, ultimately the tasks were challenging but eventually I learned to calm myself and prove my skills when they are required most. Team Working: Functioning admirably with others from various disciplines, foundations, and mastery to achieve an errand or objective. It is very important for employees to be able to work as a team as you can’t achieve the organizational goals in isolation. Negotiation Skills: To accept others' sentiments what's more, express your own necessities in an apathetic clear style to accomplish a mutually beneficial result.
