	 These are the individuals to request recommendations from, as well as returning the favor with a
	 recommendation from you.

• Click the “Profile” button at the top and the drop down menu will display, then select
	Recommendations.
• Select “Request Recommendations” and send requests to those individuals, thanking them
	 for their past success and assuring them that you will return the favor. Always express gratitude
	 and promote others on LinkedIn–often!
