SUMMARY
Holly is a modest, unassuming person who is a conscientious, cooperative teamworker, eager to do all
that her job requires of her, and particularly careful, thorough, and accurate with details. With
professional training and experience, she will do her work dependably and carefully and take her
responsibilities seriously.
With a work pace which is quicker-than-average, she learns thoroughly from both training and
experience, and applies what she learns to getting work done on time and right. Quick and accurate
with details, she handles them well as a supplemental part of her work and is less effective if required to
handle them repetitively as a major aspect of her job.
Holly enjoys and derives satisfaction from doing things for others, including customers, company
management or her team. She will exercise initiative within the clearly structured and defined
framework of her responsibility.
In contact with customers, co-workers, and management, Holly is pleasant, friendly and agreeable in a
cheerful, low-key way. She expresses herself tactfully, amiably, and with precision in her area of
expertise. She's a helpful, supportive coach and mentor, eager to share what she knows with others. Her
sense of urgency and sense of duty combine to make her actively concerned about the timeliness and
excellence of her work.
In general, Holly is a cautious and careful person, respectful of company authority and traditions, a
specialist who avoids risk and uncertainty by taking care to do her work accurately, thoroughly and
efficiently.
MANAGEMENT STYLE
As a manager of people or projects, Holly will be:
Focused on efficiencies: she is eager to complete work by 'the book' and within accepted
standards and policies, as quickly as possible
Cooperative and courteous; a careful team player whose drive is to ensure that her team produces
high quality work for others – her company, her client, her colleagues
Respectful of authority and considerate of others – she is fast-moving and emphasizes
harmonious relationships and quality and timeliness of work
Cautious when delegating; she takes pride in her work and is eager to do things right, so her
follow-up will be quick, thorough, and constructive , ensuring that all procedures have been
followed and all standards met
Supportive and understanding; Holly is a helpful coach or mentor, interested in developing
thoroughly trained employees
Conscientious and careful; she will offer her opinion when solicited, when the schedule is in
jeopardy, or when she has particular expertise in an area.
INFLUENCING STYLE
As an influencer, Holly will be:
Careful, conscientious, and thorough – confident to talk about the ins and outs of any idea or
concept she knows in great depth
Holly Marlena Davidson
Page 3
Friendly and supportive – unlikely to rush or pressure others; she is there to help them find a
tailored, proven solution that will satisfy their requirements
Driven to prepare for any presentation – she is most comfortable answering questions when she
is certain she knows the correct answer
Genuine and factual; likely to present facts and data in written form to prove that what she is
saying about her idea or concept is true
Comfortable discussing implementation details, considering them an important aspect of the
process
Better at influencing others about tangible solutions with which she is intimately familiar than
with more abstract concepts or services.
MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
To maximize her effectiveness, productivity, and job satisfaction, consider providing Holly with
the following:
Clear description of her job, with duties and responsibilities defined specifically
Thorough training and opportunity to learn everything that she needs to know about her work
Opportunities to leverage her specialized experience and training to help the company or its
customers
Support and encouragement, particularly during times of change or uncertainty
Freedom from repetitive routine
General assurance of security, respect, and appreciation of her work.
