executives, seasonal workers, and the extended workforce may cost
you the game. And go for those extra points by re-screening
employees when they’re promoted or moved to a different position.

A great candidate experience can attract the best-of-the-best and
make them want to join your team. Fumble on that and expect
repercussions on social media. Keep candidates up-to-date on where
they are in the hiring process and let them know the next steps. Pay
attention to what’s important to them and score a Big Win!
