inspection sheet in a more complete and easy to understand word. Coordinate to the supervisor and foreman to explain
the fabrication deviation and the recommended to rectify such deviation.
Raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) on constantly repeated on any fabrication deviation. Close it when the it been
rectified and QC accepted.
Observe the safety and house keeping of the workplaces as often as necessary.
Attend production meeting to discuss the outstanding NCR. Highlight other concern regarding personnel safety and
overall quality of workmanship.
Conduct inspections on other fabrication stages such as finishing stages, sandblasting stages, packing and loading
stages on transportation truck.
Used Dry Film Thickness gauges to check the paint thickness are acceptable according to project standard and
specification.
Received incoming materials from the steel supplier and check its overall quality, check description and verify it to the
packing list.
Check if there are laminar defects especially on steel plates. Conduct
Lamination check using UT and DPT.
Ensure proper handling and storages of the materials are within the specified procedures.
