A teenager gets bored watching YouTube and begins scrolling through TikTok, finding exercise and dance videos that motivate them to try the challenges. After two weeks with no results, they meet another teen doing the challenges long-term who agrees to work out together. Through their joint efforts, the first teen develops a healthy lifestyle and new friendship. The film promotes how small changes like TikTok dances can positively impact one's health, self-esteem, and mood.
1. INT. GAMING ROOM #1 - DAYTIME
A tall and chubby teenager is sitting on a chair in their
room covered in crumbs and surrounded with junk food while
watching YouTube and stuffing their face. After a while, they
get bored of watching YouTube, so they sigh disapprovingly,
and lazily picks up the TV remote and turns off the average
sized TV which is being supported by cupboards. They pick up
their iPhone Xr and begins to scroll through TikTok.
Originally, the TikToks are quite casual and have no real
theme, dogs and cats and all things nice. However, as they
scroll through TikTok for a while, it eventually lands on a
channel that they quite like and the theme is dancing and
exercise challenges.
This gives them motivation as they sit up from their crumby
chair.
CHARACTER #1:
This looks interesting, I wanna try
this!

Shows character 1 struggling, panting heavily, sitting on the
floor.
CHARACTER 1:
TIRED: I don't... see the point in...
doing this... I feel awful!

Second character, who is wearing fitness outfit, comes into
the scene, casually jogging when they come across character 1
on the floor about to give up. Second character stops in
their tracks.
CHARACTER #2:
Hey, you look like you have just ran a
marathon! You good?
CHARACTER #1:
Yea, I am totally doing great...
definitely haven't done 2 weeks of
TikTok dances and nothing has
changed...
CHARACTER #2:
Well, it's not gonna all go away in
two weeks, that's wishful thinking. I
have been doing that since the
pandemic.
CHARACTER #1:
Damn, you wanna workout together or
something?
Character #2 proceeds to raise their eyebrow.

Character #1 and #2 finish a TikTok together and embrace
after finishing it. Character #1 now has a healthy lifestyle
and a sanitary life.
CHARACTER 1:
Thank you so much for everything, my
life has been so much easier to handle
and I feel like I'm living again, I
don't know how I could repay you.
CHARACTER #2:
Oh, it's no problem at all, it has
been a really great time.
CHARACTER #1:
Not only has it been great, I've made
an equally great friend with you too!
Both of the characters end with smiling at each other and it
slowly fades out
BEGINNING OF FINAL MONTAGE
Slow speed, we see a variety of teenagers standing and
smiling while there is a voice over
VOICE ACTOR:
And just like that, your life can

walks, any means of exercise can be
done, you exercising more can lower
the risk of diabetes, boost self-
esteem, mood, sleep quality and
energy, as well as reducing your risk
of stress , clinical depression and so
