successfully done that, I’m ready for another

11. What would you like to do in five years’ time?
☺Stress your interest in a long-term career at the
company
x Don’t say “Actually I want to be in YOUR seat within
the next 5 years” to the hiring manager

x Don’t be too modest. This is your chance to shine.
12. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
☺As regards your greatest weakness, give a real answer,
you are being genuine. You are admitting you have some
growth opportunities and are not perfect.
☺Your greatest strength is something they need. Focus
on them: You have many strengths, but pick the
one they need help with the most.
13. When can you start?
☺If you are currently employed, be honest about the
start date and show professionalism. If you can
start right away, say you’re able to start tomorrow
x Don’t think it means you “got the job” They may be
just checking to add that to their notes.
