Dos and Don't s of a presentation.

2. Dos… Arrive early and check the items necessary for making the presentation. Use as little slides as possible to emphasize your ideas. Keep the presentation as simple as possible.

3. Dos… State your point with interesting material. Use pictures, graphs, charts and quotes wherever necessary. Use appropriate background colors for respective presentations.

4. Dos… Keep your cool even under hard circumstances. Make good eye contact with the audience. Make sure that your voice is loud enough to keep the audience awake.

5. Dos… Use eccentric quotes to keep your audience interested. Time your presentation exactly. Make a good gesture and have a good body language.

6. Don’ts… Don’t jumpstart your presentation without an intro. Don’t wet your pants on seeing the audience. The time duration of slides should not be low.

7. Don’ts… Do not use pictures to makeup a video presentation. Don’t use too much slides and don’t load them with lots of content. Don’t read the information in the slides as such.

8. Don’ts… Don’t sing a lullaby with a dull voice. Don’t use small fonts and pictures which aren’t visible clearly. Don’t use gestures and walk around the podium unnecessarily.

9. Don’ts… Don’t use too much of technical terms. Don’t use too many graphs or charts. Don’t make the audience sleep with a lengthy presentation.
