3. Low Carb Diets Don’t Work Low carb diets have been popular for some time now and to be honest I don’t know why. When anybody asks how to reduce weight quickly the automatic response seems to be the low carb diet. I don’t know about you but I find that as soon as I drop carbs I feel tired, hungry and sometimes irritable! So I’m not all that crazy for saying low calorie isn’t the way to go for fast fat loss…well hopefully not!
