● Aerobic Capacity
○ Pacer Test Shuttle Run
■ Increase rate/pace continuously
○ 1 Mile Run
○ 1 Mile Walk
● Body Composition
○ Body Mass Index

○ Curl Up
■ Complete as many curl ups as possible while progressing at 20 curl ups per minute

■ Lift the trunk of your body laying flat on the ground while activating back your back muscles
○ Modified Pull- Up
■ Complete as many modified pull ups as possible
○ Flexed Arm Hang
■ Hang chin over a high bar for as long as possible

○ Sit and Reach Test
■ Sit on the floor with one leg stretched out and the other leg bent at the knee; while in this
position move the marker as slow and far as possible on the test box
○ Shoulder stretch
■ Touch fingertips together behind back with one arm behind head and the other arm behind
the lower back
